Prince William's wife Kate has a new prince at home. It was reported on Animal Planet's site on February 1, 2012 that William and the Duchess of Cambridge Kate, obtained a male cocker spaniel. The dog will serve as her constant companion while her husband is out for duty.
According to the Daily Telegraph, the father of the duke and duchess new pet dog belongs to the duchess's mother Carol Middleton.
The Prince will be in Falkland Islands for his tour of duty together with 1,000 military personnel to ensure security. Britain has held the islands since 1833 but Argentina insist the islands are within their territory. As the 30th anniversary of the Falklands War coming swiftly, tensions between two countries are heighten.
