Rescuers call this strong-willed dog Patrick who was left for dead, just as skin and bones, and was thrown to the garbage chute by his very cruel former owners. But his angels in the form of maintenance workers discovered him before it was too late.
His pictures when he was rescued can shock even those who have seen the worst of the worst, badly treated and was starved to death.
Fortunately, Garden State Veterinary Specialist of Tinton, NJ with the help of the Associated Humane Society of Popcorn Park, NJ gave Patrick tons of help. There might be a very long road for recovery. But thank God he has taken his first steps in becoming a normal dog again.
